Proposal

With a 20 acre site, the client came to us to develop a design proposal and high-level financial feasibility as a litmus test for viability of the project. The aim was to build it in two phases of 10 acres each. The use of BIM was pivotal in enabling us to generate very accurate cost estimates in the feasibility stage of the project.
